The Lodge at Bryce Canyon was designed to allow travelers place to rest after a long day of exploring. We are a full-service lodge with a variety of room accommodations that cater to both individuals and families traveling to Bryce Canyon, who are wanting to explore the infamous canyon, or relax in one of the most remote national parks. The bartender was sick and not on site- No mixed drinks were served. When it comes to stargazing, the park has few equals. Not sure why these holes were not filled in.

I had to hold the the level down with force to drain the tub. I was told to use the floor towel which actualy works! -The tub drain seal actuator in our unit is in poor condition. I asked the cleaning staff for a tub mat. I was able to grab the grab bar before falling backwards out of the narrow tub. Our unit has a tub which is very slippery. Unfortunately smoke from a near by camp fire made it's way into our unit. The quality of our breakfast, lunch and dinner meals were good. The lodge and restaurant are within a short walk. We did however ask for the latter and it was delivered to the room which was good, The Wi-Fi was poor & did not connect, although reported, nothing could be done. Unfortunately, probably as a result of the “cancelled” booking, we didn’t have the housekeeping service which was offered to guests staying more than one night so no emptying of bins, top up of coffee etc. It did mean however walking over to the main lodge and waiting until someone was available. On enquiry at the receptionist commented that the system has cancelled our booking for an unknown reason although she did sort it out quickly. An annoying and frustrating issue was however that on our second night we were locked out of our room after a long day out and feeling very tired. Enjoy a home-like atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, childrens playground, and farm animals. The staff at the reception are friendly especially Dray who explained the facilities available.
